I'm waiting nyo

I origonally wanted to make this the Good Dejiko from Di Gi Charat Fantasy, but I also wanted her to be the one from my Dejiko's answer as a counter part to the Piyoko Sakura pic:



But I ultimately got the Good Dejiko with the Lynx appendages, so I was thinking... "cool".

I had to actually make corrections to the eyes by feeding the entire drawing back to Manga Studio, so that explains the long delay as to how I was going to do this. Plus I had absolutely no idea what the background was going to be. So since I was basing the image off of "Welcome 2000" I decided to place a blue background along with the English Lyrics to the song.

I'm still looking for improvements as well as any better ideas for the BG, so... critiques plz...
